If yes, you can now get the chance to manage your account by yourself!
My COSMOTE application gives you the ability to manage via your mobile phone the account or your accounts related to your mobile or fixed line, get informed about issues connected to your account, view and activate services, as well as switch your tariff plan.
More specifically, free of any access passwords you can manage your mobile connection as follows:
– View your available balance in airtime, messages, MB
– Pay and get informed about the amount of your monthly bill, the payment date and other important information such as the summary of your calls
– Enable or disable services and SMS/MMS bundles
– Transfer credits to other COSMOTE prepaid numbers
– Inquire about your current tariff plan or switch to any new.
Moreover, you can manage your fixed connection as follows:
– Get information about your monthly bill and also pay it
– Get information about your active services.
You can also:
– Contact the Customer Service Center in written form or by telephone via the “Call shortcut”
– Find the nearest shop of our Sales Network.
Note: If you have consolidated your passwords so that you can access your account using the same username and password for My COSMOTE Mobile and My COSMOTE Fixed, then you will be able to see through My COSMOTE Application all information related to your connections via the automatic detection, without having to login using your passwords! If not, you can view the information of your fixed connection using the same username and password as that you use for My COSMOTE Fixed.
The application runs also in tablets.
