For Sprint Total Equipment Protection Plus customers you get expertsupport for your phone and virtually any connection to it. The TechExpert app allows you:
• One-click access to call or chat with live, US-based TechExperts
• One-call solves it all, even the hardest problems resolved 99% ofthe time.
• Personalized alerts to create additional storage space before yourun out or extend your battery life.
• A personal inbox to see all your triggered alerts andnotifications in one place
For Total Tech Expert customers, the expert support is extended toall of your accounts’ Wi-Fi connected devices. The Tech Expert applets you access all the features above, plus:
• The ability to add the Tech Expert app to your tablets
• Add other devices to the service right from the app and view whatdevices are being supported
A free version for customers not enrolled in Total EquipmentProtection Plus is available with access to triggered alerts andnotifications, as well as the inbox feature to see them all in oneplace
The Tech Expert app is available to Total Equipment Protection Plusand Total Tech Expert customers with Android devices on v4.2 andabove. Existing Sprint Protect App customers on Android devicesv4.0 and older will continue to have automatic access to TechExperts via the Sprint Protect app.
Tech Expert is powered by Asurion. The Tech Expert App can only beused on compatible Android devices.
This app uses the Device Administrator permission. In order toprovide remote support and screen sharing capabilities, somedevices require
device administration access. This access will only occur with yourpermission, and will
be disabled when the remote session ends.
